Allphaze has a crew explicitly dedicated to working with property managers and property management companies to ensure that their rental properties and investments are taken care of. We strive to keep their owners and tenants happy and worry free from any repairs that may arise. When property management companies make the sophisticated decision to work with Allphaze, they receive prompt responses to all enquiries and requests, scheduling directly with tenants on occupied properties to make arrangements for estimates and scope of work to be constructed, quality craftsmanship throughout any and all repairs (we DO NOT cut corners!), and follow up until all parties are satisfied with our work product. Unexpected repairs to investment properties can become very stressful on owners mentally and financially. Allphaze strongly attempts to alleviate most of this stress by seamlessly taking care of the repair process from beginning to end. Our team can also get properties ready to put on the market if the owner decides they wish to sell.

Remodeling

Allphaze takes pride in remodeling a home or office to fit your needs and exceed your dreams. We have tackled kitchens, bathrooms, bedroom expansions, room and square footage additions, wall relocation (including load-bearing walls), and much much more. We provide FREE in home or office estimates and listen to all your needs so we can make the most appropriate plan of action to exceed your expectations.

Investors

We sit down with all real estate investors whether they are just beginning or they are highly experienced. We go over all of the possibilities to help the investor make an informed decision on whether they wish to utilize our team to find them properties to rejuvenate and put back on the market,  or if they wish to look more in to building their rental portfolios.  Our team accompanies investors to the potential properties so an onsite estimate can be provided along with any probable issues with the property prior to writing any offers. Lindsey is a licensed Realtor® with Keller Williams Brevard, but is more than happy to work with others if the investor has already established a relationship with another real estate agent.

Real Estate Agents

With one of our team members being a licensed Realtor®, we know how imperative it can be at times to receive an estimate from a licensed and insured contractor to provide to insurance companies in a timely manner, or have last minute repairs made prior to a closing.  Allphaze is honored to work with ALL real estate agents across Brevard to ensure they come out on top with their clients.
